黑烟的解析


1,激光焊接完全没有一点点黑烟目前整个行业还做不到,激光焊接和激光切割都是一样的,因为有黑烟,所以激光切割机会有抽烟装置。

2,激光焊接和传统的二保焊,氩弧焊相比有它独到的优势,从黑烟角度,二保焊比激光焊黑烟大很多,因为氩弧焊速度慢,有黑烟但是从视觉上看不是很明显,而且激光焊因为弧光小,大家看到黑烟更加清晰一些,因为激光焊接机是这两年刚出的新技术产品,所以大家对激光有更高的期望值,从心理上很正常。

3,目前激光焊的黑烟有两种,一种是大到工件上有黑的累积物,一种是空气中会有,我们目前可以不让比较明显的黑烟累积物,但是空气中还会有。

4,怎么让空气中降低黑烟,我们有几种测试,根据我们的测试情况,我们也和一些同行进行了交流



黑烟的因素

a,焊接黑烟和焊接的材质有很大关系,不同的焊接材质黑烟大小不同,我们之前曾经做过铝合金的焊接,不同的铝合金焊接材质黑烟大小差异很大,

b,如果工件表面有油膜防护/氧化层,那么焊接黑烟就会更大一些,

c,黑烟和焊丝有关系,因为目前的焊丝都是传统焊接用的焊丝,没有专门针对激光行业的焊丝,所以激光行业还不好控制,推荐用现有的无烟焊丝。

d,焊接黑烟和焊接工艺有关系,比如说焊接速度,手法都有关系。如在低功率下焊接铝材可能要比高功率焊接黑烟更少

e:镜片的损坏,一般会焊接效果不好



Analysis of black smoke




1. Laser welding produces absolutely no black smoke, which is currently unachievable in the entire industry. Both laser welding and laser cutting are the same in that they generate black smoke, which is why laser cutting machines are equipped with smoke extraction devices.


2. Compared to traditional shielded metal arc welding and argon arc welding, laser welding has its unique advantages. From the perspective of black smoke, shielded metal arc welding produces significantly more black smoke than laser welding. This is because argon arc welding is slower and produces black smoke, but it is not very noticeable visually. Moreover, because laser welding produces less arc light, the black smoke is more visible to everyone. Since laser welding machines are new technological products that have only emerged in the past two years, it is normal for people to have higher expectations for lasers.


Currently, there are two types of black smoke from laser welding. One type forms black deposits on the workpiece, while the other type exists in the air. We can currently prevent the accumulation of more obvious black smoke deposits, but it still exists in the air.


4. How to reduce black smoke in the air? We have conducted several tests, and based on our test results, we have also communicated with some peers






The factor of black smoke


The amount of black smoke during welding is closely related to the welding material. Different welding materials produce varying amounts of black smoke. We have previously conducted welding on aluminum alloys, and the amount of black smoke differs significantly depending on the type of aluminum alloy used,


b. If there is an oil film protective layer/oxidation layer on the surface of the workpiece, the welding fume will be heavier,


c. Black smoke is related to welding wire, as the current welding wire is all for traditional welding and there is no welding wire specifically for the laser industry. Therefore, it is difficult to control in the laser industry. It is recommended to use the existing smoke-free welding wire.


The amount of welding fume is related to the welding process, such as welding speed and technique. For example, welding aluminum at low power may produce less fume compared to welding at high power


e: The damage of the lens is generally due to poor welding effect
