如何刷屏升级及矫正（屏幕异常）

请认真阅读刷卡时的注意事项，非正常操作可能会导致刷卡异常

本文适用屏幕花屏，闪屏，重影，重叠，触摸不灵敏等屏幕异常情况的处理

This article is suitable for screen abnormalities such as blurred screen, flickering screen, ghosting, overlapping, and insensitive touch

一.SD卡的准备

一. Preparation of SD Card

  根据不同的条件，客户可自行采购SD卡或者在我们的小程序上申请SD卡，如果通过小程序申请的卡，里面是自带程序的，直接看如何刷屏即可

Depending on different conditions, customers can purchase SD cards by themselves or apply for them on our mini program. If the card is applied for through the mini program, it comes with a pre-installed program. Just follow the instructions on how to flash the screen.

1.1 SD卡的准备，请务必使用16G以下的卡，不同显示屏使用的卡不同，如图所示

1.1 Preparing the SD card: Please make sure to use a card with a capacity of 16GB or less. Different displays require different cards, as shown in the figure.

1.2 卡格式化：通过读卡器连接到电脑后，右键进行卡格式化，请注意，在格式化选择中，使用分配单元大小为4096字节，请勿使用快速格式化

1.2 Card formatting: After connecting to the computer via a card reader, right-click to perform card formatting. Please note that in the formatting options, use an allocation unit size of 4096 bytes, and do not use quick formatting

1.3程序的获取：如图拍摄任意一个地方的编码，发技术群内即可获取匹配的程序（如果你在小程序申请，请把此处的编码在申请提交时备注一下）

1.3 Obtaining the program: Take a photo of the code from any location as shown in the figure, and send it to the technical group to obtain the matching program (if you are applying for a mini-program, please note the code here when submitting your application)

1.4把解压后的整个DWIN_SET文件夹（亦可能为其他命名的文件夹）放入内存卡中（相关程序包请向我司询问）

1.4Place the entire unzipped DWIN_SET folder (or any other named folder) into the memory card (please inquire with our company for relevant program packages)

二.屏幕的刷屏流程

2.1 把带有程序的SD卡在系统断电的状态下插入屏幕的卡槽，上电等待自动刷包，当第二行尾部出现END，断电

2.2 继续上电，等待第一行出现2023.06.30数值，然后等待第二行出现END

2.3断电拔卡即可，大概整个过程需要10分钟，等待即可

2.1 Insert the SD card with the program into the card slot of the screen when the system is powered off, power it on and wait for automatic package flashing. When END appears at the end of the second line, power off

2.2 Continue to power on, wait for the first line to display the value 2023.06.30, and then wait for the second line to display END

2.3 Simply power off and remove the card. The entire process takes approximately 10 minutes, just wait

（务必完成2.2的操作，刷机才算完成，可以多刷几次）

注意：如果每一行后面都是000，则说明卡失效或者程序失效，需要重新刷屏！

Note: If every line ends with 000, it indicates that the card or the program is invalid and needs to be refreshed!

三.屏幕的矫正

III. Screen correction

在刷屏后出现点击不了的情况，但是显示已经正常，可以通过刷矫正文件程序处理，在SD卡中放入矫正文件（文件请于技术群问询，参照以上的流程一SD卡的准备），通过依次点击十字星，共5次后，断电拔卡即可、

After the screen is refreshed, if it becomes unresponsive but appears to be functioning normally, you can resolve the issue by flashing the correction file program. Place the correction file on the SD card (please inquire in the technical group for the file and refer to the aforementioned process for SD card preparation). Click the cross star five times in succession, then power off and remove the card
