
请注意:
1.只有在红光为一条线的时候可通过下列方法调试,如果红光为点,请参照线变点处理方案,因为不摆动的时候也有可能会偏
2.如果从保护镜那边看到是一团光而非一条线,则考虑是否为反射镜断裂
3.请务必确认15V电源状态是正常
Please note that:
1. Only when the red light forms a line can the following method be used for debugging. If the red light is a point, please refer to the solution for converting a line to a point, as there may be deviation even when it is not oscillating
2. If you see a blob of light instead of a line through the protective lens, consider whether the reflecting mirror is broken
3. Please make sure the 15V power supply is in normal condition
调整方案
1.软件设置(左右调整)
通过设置界面的激光中心偏移来微调,依次是{1.设置}-{2.更改激光中心偏移数值,负值往右,正值往左,最新版本最大可调整数值+3/-3}。这种方案可以进行左右的微调,如果使用这种方法依然无法调整,则使用机械调整
1. Software settings (left and right adjustment)
Finetune by setting the laser center offset in the interface, following these steps: {1. Settings{2. Change the laser center offset value. Negative values move right, positive values move left. The maximum adjustable value in the latest version is +3/-3}. This method allows for left-right fine-tuning. If adjustments still fail using this method, proceed to mechanical adjustment
2.机械调整(上下左右调整)
在进行机械调整前,请务必把设置的中心偏移设置为0
2. Mechanical adjustment (adjustment in up, down, left, and right directions)
Before making mechanical adjustments, please ensure that the set center offset is set to 0
3.先看一下结构(SUP20S/T)

左右偏很大:松开C,转动锁紧环,转动时注意幅度,稍微用力即可(请勿转动电机部分,即带有SN码标签位置)
向上调整:①松开B下面的螺丝,并上紧B螺丝
②松开A螺丝,并上紧A下面的螺丝
向下调整:①松开A下面的螺丝,并上紧A螺丝
②松开B螺丝,并上紧B下面的螺丝
Significant lateral deviation: Loosen C, rotate the locking ring, and be careful with the amplitude of rotation. Just apply a slight force (do not rotate the motor part, i.e., the position with the SN code label)
Adjust upwards: ① Loosen the screw below B and tighten the screw B
② Loosen screw A and tighten the screw beneath it
Adjust downward: ① Loosen the screw beneath A and tighten screw A
② Loosen screw B and tighten the screw below it
